This public release does not offer registration, patient intake, provider-profile submission or appointment requests. Its application does not create an account or read the private development database. Do not submit clinical details, identification documents, passwords or verification codes through a contact email.
Hosting and basic operation
Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes web requests and technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. Requests can contain information such as an IP address, requested page and browser details. This release does not add advertising trackers, third-party analytics scripts or application session cookies.
Typography
Pages request fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser makes requests to that service when loading those fonts. You can block third-party font requests through browser controls; the site will use fallback fonts.

If you email the contact below, we receive the information you choose to include and use it to address your request and relevant operational or legal needs. Limit your message to what is necessary. Applicable retention and legal obligations may affect what can be deleted; do not assume an email is a secure clinical channel.
