Patient provider-search MCP
The read-only service is designed to discover public providers by specialty, state, visit format and provider-reported insurance. It must never return private account or verification evidence.
Provider onboarding MCP
Delegated tools are intended to create and update authorized private drafts, request claims and checks, and hand declarations to a human. They cannot approve credentials or publish independently.
Organization roster API
The planned roster interface validates and stages authorized networks, with per-row results, source references, duplicate handling and concurrency checks. An import is not an ownership transfer.
